Description
The Urban Environment Administration has a comprehensive responsibility for the city's public spaces and overall accessibility.
We work to create accessible, attractive, and vibrant urban environments and natural areas. The administration owns and manages the tram network in Gothenburg. Approximately 900 people work in the administration.
The Urban Environment Administration is part of the urban development administrations within Gothenburg City. Together, we work to create conditions for a functioning infrastructure, quality housing and premises, an inviting public environment, and strive for the city to be sustainable from all perspectives.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and passionate coordinator who wants to be part of our dynamic team! In the role of coordinator, you will play a key role in our operations, where you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing our processes to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with various departments and be an important link between them to promote collaboration and effective communication.

As a coordinator, you will play a central role in our organization and ensure that our assignments are carried out smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate various tasks and activities within the team so that we can achieve our common goals together. The role also includes receiving and managing incoming cases from our customers in a structured and service-oriented manner.
You will:
- Be responsible for and carry out overarching assignments on behalf of management.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure good information and engagement in ongoing assignments.
- Identify and proactively solve potential problems to minimize disruptions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the team to promote a collaborative and positive work climate.
- Be responsible for feedback to customers, follow up on cases, and ensure they are handled and closed within the set time.
- Provide support to other departmental administrators as needed.
As a colleague with us, you will be part of a unit consisting of departmental administrators, planning leaders, and property support functions. Together, we are responsible for supporting the Operations and Maintenance department in various types of issues. The department is the largest in the administration with approximately 400 employees.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about coordination and has a good understanding of our special areas: winter, waste management, and green maintenance. You have experience in case management and are used to working in digital systems such as DF Respons, Proceedo, and Personec.
